Bryan is a 1-year-old neutered Pit mix with a calm, loving demeanor and a whole lot of heart. This handsome brown brindle boy is heartworm positive, dog-friendly, and happiest when he’s right by your side.

Bryan is affectionate, gentle, and eager to please. He has a quiet confidence about him and often gets overlooked simply because he’s so well-behaved—but don’t let that fool you. He’s not shy, just patiently waiting for the right people to notice what an incredible dog he is. During his time with the Running Buddies program, Bryan truly shined. He loved getting out to walk and run, made friends along the way, and even enjoyed a nice bath—though we did catch him happily rolling in the grass shortly after. Some things are just too fun to resist. Bryan has spent much of his young life waiting for a family of his own, and he’s more than ready for that chapter to begin. He’s loyal, calm, and deeply affectionate—the kind of dog who forms a strong bond and sticks close to his person.

As Bryan himself would say: his name means noble, strong, and virtuous—and he lives up to it every day. Whether you call him Bry, B, or B-Rock, he’ll answer with a wagging tail and a hopeful heart. Bryan came to Glynn County Animal Services in early February of last year and has been waiting patiently ever since. He’s ready to leave kennel life behind and finally head home.
